Charlie, a highly-strung, openly gay over-thinker, and Nick, a cheerful, soft-hearted rugby player, meet at a British all-boys grammar school. Friendship blooms quickly, but could there be something more…?

Nick and Charlie are characters from my debut novel, Solitaire. Heartstopper updates three times a month, on the 1st, 11th, and 21st.

new game I'm gonna close my eyes and throw a metaphorical dart at a random 911 episode and say something batshit about buddie from that ep

okay randomizer chose episode 80 out of 96 which is 602 and frankly I find it very suspicious that buck and eddie were standing next to each other in a quiet corner of the firehouse watching hen sleep. what were they doing? making sure the coast was clear so they could make out behind the firetruck?

randomizer chose episode 59 this time. which also just happens to be 413. I think it's so interesting how the initial moments of the shooting were so clearly filmed from buck's perspective which then switched back into the omniscient, real world view when captain mehta took control of the scene cause what the slow motion and complete silence symbolized in that moment was that while the real world didn't stop, buck's ended the moment the bullet tore through eddie

It’s already happening. Like guys I cannot emphasize this enough the studios are going to make content creators the deal of a lifetime because they have a void to fill and those content creators will then be on the do not work list for the rest of their professional lives.

This is how capitalism is designed, so its not surprising. It's just incredibly stupid and morally indefensible. Capitalism is a failure of a system that never should have become the dominant system. Hundreds of years of slavery, death, and disgusting violations of human existence is all we have to show for it. None of it was worth the cost.

never in all of my years would i have expected to characterize a company’s rebrand as “actively hostile” and “potentially endangering lives” yet here we are

for context, that X sign is dangerously bright, directly faces an entire apartment complex, and to top it all off it fucking strobes

It shows a tweet by Elon Musk, that only contains a photo of the newly rebranded headquarters of his social media company X. The photo is taken from across the street so the entire building plus some street lamps and traffic lights are also visible.

It is almost impossible to determine the daytime of when this photo from outside the building was taken. But it is probably nighttime. As the enormous and gigantic X symbol that now towers on top of the building illuminates the entire scenery and pollutes the sky with its painfully white glow.

The second image shows a response to the situation by user Christopher J. Beale , as he responds to a video by user "Fuck Elon Musk".

The video is accompanied by the text: "I would be fucking LIVID. Imagine this fucking X across from your bedroom"

The video seems to show the absurd amount of light pollution causes by the rebranding.

Christopher J Beale thus comments:

"Imagine no more. This is my life now". Attached is another photo of the X headquarter building. This time from a higher angle, as if taken from another building. The enormous neon light X is now so bright it becomes hard to capture correctly by the camera. It is even more so impossible to tell daytime based on this photo alone. The X shines so brightly it colors the sky light blue above by its radiance alone.

That wasn’t even his plan!! His plan was to make the senator a mutant, so he’d have to advocate for mutants or be destroyed by his own policy, and tbh. It’s the best villain plan I’ve ever seen. The goo was the plan unexpectedly failing. 9/10 only bc he was going to kill Rogue. Next time use someone willing to sacrifice herself for the cause, pls. No further notes
